Raeleen Wren

General Manager/ Nominated Supervisor- Advanced Diploma of Community Services (Children's Services) 

Raeleen is a seasoned Early Education Professional with over 30 years of experience across the Early Childhood Education and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sectors. With career spanning roles from hands-on educator to national executive leadership, Raeleen brings a comprehensive understanding of the sector and a passion for quality education and care. Currently the General Manager of Wilston Kids Care, she manages one of Queensland’s leading, Exceeding rated, community/P&C operated OSHC services. Raeleen also plays an active role in national sector advocacy as a Director on the QCAN and NOSHSA Boards, the peak bodies representing OSHC in Queensland and Australia. Raeleen also contributes to policy feedback and sector advancement as a member of an appointed Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Sector Advisory Committee (SAC) for the Department of Education. Her extensive experience includes leadership across private, publicly listed, and not-for-profit organisations, as well as providing consultancy in operational business and management, compliance, governance, policies and procedures and service development. Raeleen is recognised for her strategic insight, sector knowledge, and commitment to building high-performing, value-driven teams.

Emma Bannerman

Coordinator of Operations- Diploma of School Age Education and Care  

Emma has been a valued member of the Wilston Kids Care team for over 13 years. Throughout her time with us, she has gained extensive experience across a range of roles in both Early Childhood and Outside School Hours Care settings. Emma began her journey at WKC as an Educator and, through her dedication, professionalism, and passion for the sector, has progressed to her current role as Coordinator of Operations. In this position, she works closely with the General Manager to support the daily operations of the service, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, families, and staff. Holding a Diploma of School Age Education and Care, Emma brings specialised expertise in service operations, staffing arrangements, and the professional development of our team. She is a highly respected coach and mentor who spends considerable time working hands-on with educators, guiding them toward achieving their professional goals. Emma is driven by a strong commitment to providing positive learning experiences for children in a nurturing, play-based environment. Her passion for quality education and care is evident in the training opportunities she develops and the culture of support and continuous improvement she helps foster at WKC. A long-standing member of the Wilston community, Emma is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for every child who attends Wilston Kids Care.

Ashley Gregori

Coordinator - Diploma of School Age Education and Care

Ashley brings over eight years of dedicated experience in the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sector, where she has developed a strong foundation in child wellbeing, program planning, and delivering inclusive care. Ashley began her career in the private Catholic school system, where she gained invaluable experience in navigating complex compliance requirements, fostering strong family partnerships, and tailoring care to meet the diverse developmental needs of school-aged children. This foundation has shaped her approach to leadership, grounded in empathy, accountability, and a deep respect for children’s rights and agency.

Her academic background is as diverse as her professional journey. Ashley has explored studies in Occupational Therapy and Language and Linguistics and holds a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management. This combination of disciplines reflects her broad interests and equips her with unique perspectives on child development, communication, and creative expression. In her leadership role, Ashley draws on this extensive knowledge and practical experience to mentor educators, support continuous improvement, and design programs that promote curiosity, inclusion, and wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering children to thrive and supporting her team to deliver excellence in care and education every day.

Jason Choice

Coordinator/Educational Leader - Diploma of School Aged Education and Care

Jason brings a dynamic blend of experience to his role, combining a background in sales, business and customer service with over nine years in the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sector. Since joining Wilston Kids Care in 2016, he has progressed through a variety of key positions, including Educator, Educator Mentor, and Education Support, before stepping into his current role as Educational Leader and Coordinator.

His background is as diverse as it is distinctive. With personal passions spanning circus arts, flying trapeze, and e-sports, Jason infuses his work with creativity, innovation, and vibrant energy. As an Educator Mentor, he established the now-popular E-Sports Club at WKC, an initiative that fosters healthy competition, resilience, and sportsmanship in a contemporary, digital format. Jason is a strong advocate for inquiry-based learning and believes in empowering children to explore, investigate, and discover through play. His approach nurtures curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking, providing children with meaningful and developmentally appropriate opportunities to engage with the world around them.

As a leader, Jason continues to inspire both children and educators alike, championing a Curriculum that values voice, choice, and a profound sense of wonder.

David Board

Responsible Person - Diploma of School Aged Education and Care

David holds a Diploma of School Aged Education and Care and brings a calm, confident presence to the Wilston Kids Care team. As a Responsible Person of the service, David plays a key role in ensuring the Monday and Tuesday morning session runs smoothly and aligns with regulatory standards and the values of our program. He is passionate about supporting children’s growth through meaningful play experiences and fostering a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and respected. With his strong understanding of Wilston Kids Care’s routines and processes, coupled with his approachable and supportive nature, David is a trusted point of contact for children, families, and educators alike.

Daniella Aguilar

Responsible Person - Diploma of School Aged Education and Care

Daniella is currently working towards her Diploma of School Aged Education and Care and has quickly established herself as a dedicated and proactive member of the Wilston Kids Care team.

As a Responsible Person of the service, Daniella demonstrates a deep commitment to the wellbeing of children and the smooth operation of our Wednesday and Thursday morning (BSC) sessions. Her warm, professional and engaging approach creates strong connections with both children and families, while her organisational and procedural expertise supports the team in maintaining a high standard of care. Daniella is enthusiastic about professional development and is passionate about creating safe, enriching environments that support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

At Wilston Kids Care, we recognise that Outside School Hours Care provides rich, meaningful opportunities for school-aged children to engage in leisure and play-based learning. When nurtured within a safe, secure, and inclusive environment, where each child's rights, voice, and ideas are respected, children are empowered to grow into confident, caring, and capable learners and community members. This is made possible through the dedication and expertise of our highly skilled Educators.

Our educator team is highly experienced and culturally diverse, with members from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Each team member brings a unique perspective and a shared commitment to supporting the development and wellbeing of school-aged children. More than 50% of our educators hold, or are actively working towards, recognised qualifications, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the compliance standards set by the Department of Education, Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
