National Reconciliation Week

National Reconciliation Week commemorates two milestones in the journey to Reconciliation in Australia: the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision. As we continue to implement our Reconciliation Action Plan, this marks an important week in the WKC calendar.

This year's theme, “Don’t Keep History A Mystery: Learn. Share. Grow” explores the rich history of Indigenous culture and achievements hidden just beneath the surface, ready and waiting to be uncovered.

This National Reconciliation Week we will be taking the chance to learn more about the Australian story, and one of the richest and oldest continuing cultures in the world.
