Welcome Email Coming from Xplor Tomorrow (Friday)

Dear Families,

On 3 August 2020 we emailed all families advising of an exciting move to a new software platform called Xplor Home. Parents will soon be able to utilise the Xplor Home app and website. Tomorrow (7/8/20) you will receive an email from the Xplor On-boarding team to create your password and download the app.

Below is an example of the email you will receive and the steps you need to implement as a parent to ensure you are ready to use this software later in the month, when we notify you of our official “go live” date. Once we go live e will no longer be using My Family Lounge and QikKids (standard).

How to Create Your Password and Xplor ID

Step 1- Create a password

  • Click on the orange create password button in the email you receive from Xplor tomorrow (Friday 6/8/20)

  • Create your password

  • Click change password

  • You may now log into the home platforms

Step 2- Set up your Xplor ID and Access code

  • If you would like to merge multiple profiles or would prefer logging into the Xplor platforms with a mobile number and PIN code, follow the steps below

  • Start by logging in here

  • Click merge profiles

  • Select if you would like to create an Xplor ID or link to an existing Xplor ID (i.e. if you use Xplor at another service as a parent or staff member)

  • Enter your email and follow the prompts to create your Xplor ID (phone number) and Access code (PIN).
