Xplor Home Lesson 2: Signing your child in and out


When signing your child in and out from Monday 24 August 2020 things will look a little different. Our new Hub has three options to sign you child in or out. Our Administrators Dani and Michaela will be available to assist you when signing in and out next week.

  • Option 1- Home App (easiest and preferred option)

  • Use this option as a contact free, COVID safe method to sign your child in or out.

  • You can scan the QR code on our Hub and follow the prompts on the app to sign your child in or out.

  • Option 2- Xplor ID and Access Code

  • If you have forgotten your phone and have set up your Xplor ID and access code use this method.

  • If you have not set up your Xplor ID and access code, please follow the steps in the link below

  • Option 3- email address and password

  • If you do not have your phone and have not yet set up your Xplor ID and pass code you must use your email and password.

  • Your password must be created from the welcome email sent by Xplor (no-reply@myxplor.com) prior to Monday 24 August 2020

Please note, all additional contacts who will be picking up your child (even if you have previously listed through My Family Lounge) must now be linked as Hub guests which can be added through your Home app. All Hub guests (authorised persons) must be over 18 years of age.

If this person is a Xplor user at this Service or another Service, they must use a different email address and merge their accounts. If the email address is an Outlook or Gmail email address you can solve this issue by adding +1 before the @ (e.g. test@gmail.com becomes test+1@gmail.com) this will not affect the way they receive emails from Xplor.

All people picking up or dropping off your child (e.g. Grandparent, other parents, relatives, etc.) must either be listed as a parent, guardian, or a Hub guest and will also need to set up their password ready for go live on Monday 24 August 2020.
