Relaxed Fridays and Holiday Squads

From this Friday 29th March, Friday squads will now run from 3:30 - 5:00pm. Mark will be running a more relaxed session on Fridays and he hopes you can join in! All squads will swim together for the entire session. There may be a mix of pool and land activities. 

 

Holiday squads will run in both weeks of the Easter holidays, Monday 8th – Friday 12th and Monday 15th – Thursday 19th April from 7:00 – 9:00am for all squad levels.

 Mark will run a mix of pool and dry land training so please bring appropriate clothing.

The cost for holiday squads will be $10 a session or 5 sessions for $40.
