Exciting Announcement: Xplor Go Live Date 24/8/20
We would like to announce to the Wilston Kids Care learning community that we are going live with Xplor Home as of next Monday 24 August 2020. We have identified over 600 parents that have not set up their password yet. This will affect your ability to sign in and out.
In order for us to have a smooth transition to Xplor Home we require all parents to ensure they have created their password and download the app. We require this to be done ASAP prior to C.O.B Wednesday 19/8/20.
Just a friendly reminder, if you are having another person, not a parent, to collect your child you must invite them as a hub guest via your app. Please note, if this person is a Xplor user at this service or another service they must use a different email address and merge their accounts. If the email address is a Outlook or Gmail email address you can solve this issue by adding +1 before the @ (e.g. email@example.com becomes firstname.lastname@example.org) this will not affect the way they receive emails from Xplor. All people picking up or dropping off your child (e.g. Grandparent, other parents, relatives, etc.) must either be listed as a parent, guardian, or a Hub guest and will also need to set up their password ready for go live.
