P&C Update - 24th July 2026

The P&C was thrilled to partner with the school on Thursday morning to bring the community together in recognition of the incredible new Prep Playground area. Despite a cold and misty start to the morning, it was wonderful to see so many of our families and children of all year levels enjoying the new space, as well as stopping by to grab a coffee from the on-site van and a free sausage sizzle! Our thanks, as always, go to you for the amazing contributions of our families and support services that are provided on school grounds. Every raffle ticket you buy, tuckshop order placed, vacation care day or OSHC session booked, swimming lesson and event ticket purchased helps us deliver this kind of exceptional infrastructure to our school community for current and future primary school students to benefit from.
We would like to take a moment to thank all of our business unit leaders - Lyndall in the tuckshop, Raeleen at Wilston Kids Care, Janice at the Uniform Shop and Kirsten at Swim Club - for their ongoing support and for looking after our kids each day (and on the weekend at swim lessons) providing the support services so many of us rely on. The P&C would also like to thank Bek Dixon, the school's Business Manager, for her expert budget coordination and playground construction project management that maximises every P&C contribution.
Thank you to the volunteers who turned up early and stayed on to help us put on a cracker sausage sizzle for the kids in celebration of this new play space (Onley, Michael, Kathryn, Lawrence, Jonathon, Lisa, Andrew and the teaching staff). It was a morning highlight!

Winter Pie Drive
Thank you Wilston Crocs for putting on such a successful pie drive. It was delicious! Our gratitude goes to the swim committee for the organisation of the Yatala Pie drive and all the volunteers who assisted in distribution of the sweet and savoury pies our families bought. Thank you Wilston for getting behind this fundraising opportunity, it was an excellent result and we appreciate your support.
