2026 Annual Trivia Night

Didn't term 2 start with a bang! Our community sold out the Trivia Night tables (twice!) and goodness we are so excited to see the table themes come to life on 30 May! Thank you to all of our eager trivia families for once again supporting this annual night of nights. Your ongoing commitment to this event is incredible and very exciting. If you have any questions about trivia night, please reach out to our trivia delivery team at wsstrivia@gmail.com

Huge thanks go to our organising committee: Grace, Aroha, Sarah, Karen and Patrick. Without you, this would be half the event it's shaping up to be. Thanks for bringing your energy and enthusiasm to this incredible night.

  • Single and pair tickets: Haven't been to trivia before? Want to see what it's all about? We have just 4 individual tickets remaining for trivia night. If you want to bring a partner along and experience the night, jump online and grab one of the last few tickets - you'll be mixing with some new families and making new friends while (obviously) enjoying some pub trivia sessions...

  • Volunteers unite! Want to support the running of this event? We've opened up the volunteer roster, but get in quick as these spots fill fast. An info session will be held for our volunteers before the main event.

  • Local business support: Send us your goodies! We love all gift items, vouchers and experiences that are donated for our families to vie for in our raffle! If you want to sponsor part of the night or a raffle item and get your brand out there, reach out to chat. We'd love to talk with you!

Anzac Day

The P&C were proud to join with the school community in remembering the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs at last week's special assembly. The significance of this day seemed to be felt by all in the audience. Our thanks join with those of the school in recognising the gift that was visiting soloist Ella's performance of the Last Post and Revielle, and a special mention goes to our choir for their performances; it was moving to hear the choir so united in voice. Thank you Mrs Murray.

Year Level Playdates

It might have been a wet weekend, but on Sunday afternoon the sun came out and we welcomed our preps to the oval for our first playdate of 2026. Conservative estimates were in the order of 140 family members picnicking, running and playing in the playground. We loved seeing so many families coming along, it was such a special and happy vibe. Soccer, cricket, rugby and even some sprint races were the order of the afternoon, thank you for coming.

As a reminder, our Grade 1 playdate is scheduled for 17 May, and the Grade 2 playdate will be held on 7 June. All playdates will go ahead unless it is proper raining at the start of play. A friendly reminder that all playdates are alcohol free events, but we encourage our families to pack a picnic and blanket and be ready to run!

Mother's Day Stall

We've taken a sneak peek at the incoming gifts and can confirm they are all wonderful expressions of appreciation that the kids will a hard time choosing between! Thank you Natasha and Katie for organising this stall for us this year.

A reminder that gift tickets are available until Tuesday morning - this is your sign to jump onto Munch Monitor and get the gift vouchers sorted! Please remember to purchase the vouchers against each of your children's names who will be shopping, and remind your children how many gifts they need to choose next week - this helps your child be prepared when making their 'special-person' selections. Thank you for your support of this wonderful event!

Election Day Barbeque

Our Wilston Crocs will once again grab the tongs and host our election day sausage sizzle! If you are in the Stafford electorate, the by-election date is coming up and we'd love you to stop by for a snack on voting day. Thank you Crocs for taking on this election tradition for our community.

Meet you on the 16th at the barbie!

May General Meeting

Our next General Meeting will be a big one. Mark your diaries for Thursday 21 May, we will be talking money, investments and our next big fundraising goals. Join us if you can, or if you need to join online please contact us at secretary@wilstonpandc.org.au
