Our Pupil Free Day – 4 September 2020 is now live!

Dear Parents,

Did you know we have a Pupil Free Day on Friday 4 September 2020?

We are open from 6:30am to 6:00pm with a day filled with jam-packed exciting leisure-based activities developed from children’s interests, strengths, and suggestions, as well as feedback from our children, families, and staff.

Join us for an Electronics Day, playing a range of different PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch games. Brisbane Ghostly Games trailer has several children's games such as “Minecraft”, which is like a creative design/adventure game that allows children to express their styles of play.

Attached is the link to the Program for the September Pupil Free Day. Please review and book in ASAP so we can plan the roster and purchase all resources necessary for the number of children that will be attending.

We would like all bookings to be made by Thursday 3 September 2020 to give us enough time to arrange all things needed for the Pupil Free Day.

How to book for the Pupil Free Day?

For this Pupil Free Day only, as we are in the process of transitioning from My Family Lounge to Xplor Home, families can only book via our digital form linked below. Please DO NOT BOOK via My Family Lounge or Xplor Home.

Please note, you must complete one form per child in your family.

Due to staffing and roster arrangements, we can only take 130 children for this day. We have to double the number of staff working during the day to cover 11.5 hrs of operation from 6.30am to 6.00pm.

Any questions, please contact our administration team via email at wkc.admin@wilstonpandc.org.au or call our office 07 3352 6753

We cannot wait to see you at the Pupil Free Day!
